• Membership registration — your name, contact details, address, and household information you provide. We use this to process and administer your membership. Lawful basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in running the association.
• Photography — where you have consented, photos and videos from events that include you or your family may be published on our website and social media. You can withdraw this at any time.
• Newsletter — if you opt in, your email address is used to send occasional community updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Membership records are kept for the duration of your membership and a limited period afterwards, then reviewed and deleted or anonymised. A full retention schedule will be published here.

Your rights

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the association (for example our website host and, if you opt in, our email newsletter provider), under appropriate agreements.
